Pool access comes with restrictions, needing reservations a day in advance and can get booked up quickly. Reception hours limited our ability to drop off luggage upon arrival, causing some inconvenience. The heating in the apartment struggled to provide a cozy atmosphere, leaving a persistent chill, especially in the mornings.

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was magnificent short walk to the ski lift as well as the mountains. Really enjoyed the apartment I was given, it had central heating, iron/ironing board, and coffee and tea making facilities. The bed was soft and the bathroom - nice. The most very friendly and helpful staff I ever met.

That hotel was in an excellent and unbeatable location, close to the center of town. Moreover, it's adjacent to the ski lifts and the village, the mountain and the restaurants and shops.

Just a top selection for a quick break in La Clusaz with excellent value for money. Enjoyed having fresh bread delivered each morning, a nice touch! Book the sauna and pool early to secure your preferred time slots.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Everything was modern. the location was marvelous, adjacent to the mountain, the center of town, and the restaurants. I could get an apartment with a river view, greatly enjoyed that. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Our stay in the one-bedroom apartment was just delightful. we enjoyed croissants delivered right to our door and had a lovely view from the balcony. Relaxing in the pool and sauna after a day out was just what we needed! The only downside was that the place could have used a cleaning service since it was a bit messy with kids, but we still had a great time. 😊

The flat was super clean and cozy. Had a great view too and loved the pool and sauna vibes. Staff were rly helpful and the fresh pastries in the mornin were a nice touch. Perfect for families and def recommend it!

While the heating could have been stronger at times, it didn't dampen our overall experience. A little welcome pack with essentials would have been a nice touch too!

In the room, there was a cool electric kettle, a handy microwave, and a safe to keep your stuff secure. I loved the view of the river from there! 🌊.

The chalet at Les Cimes was absolutely stunning! The view of Combe du Fernuy and the Massif de Balme was breathtaking. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and I loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite shower room and separate toilet. The flat-screen TV and fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine, were great amenities. As a business traveler, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings to relax after a long day of work.

I personally didn't enjoy the bunk beds in one of the double bedrooms. However, I understand that others might find them fun and suitable for families or groups.
